- We strive for timely delivery but are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events.
- Customers must be available at the delivery address at the scheduled time.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
- Prepaid refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days as per our refund policy.
5. Product Quality
- We deliver sealed, branded packaged drinking water only.
- Damaged or tampered products must be reported at the time of delivery for replacement.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Delays by third-party delivery partners.
- Any issues arising after delivery acceptance.
7. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for third-party services such as payment gateways or analytics providers.
8. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
9. Updates
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
Refund & Replacement Policy
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
- Prepaid order refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Damaged or tampered products will be replaced at no extra cost if reported immediately at the time of delivery.
- No refunds or returns are accepted once the product has been delivered and accepted.
